Houses

I am getting to the age where it is getting close to the time to move out. My mom says I could probably get a small house cheaper than getting an apartment and paying rent.

For those of you with houses, condos, apartments any tips? Any certain things I need to make sure of and parts of the process? I'm quite lost as to what I need to do for this.


Everyone always has such different opinions and tips that I thought I would ask on here for advice and anything anyone could offer =)
