There's been a lot of changes in the last five years, haha.<br /> <br /> We now have a group of staff members called Helpers (not sure if you were around when they were formed) whose job is specifically to help their fellow players and answer questions about the game/site!<br /> <br /> On top of that, there's now something we call the Issue Hub (you'll find it under "Help Alacrity"). You can use it any time you need to contact someone on staff about something -- whether it's reporting a bug, contacting a moderator about issues with another player or something rules related, or just asking the Helpers about items or site features!<br /> <br /> I hope we'll see you around the chat room in the future! :)
