Help with possible multi-accounts?

I found this site through a google search. Decided to join...

...when, while saving the file containing data with my password, found a file of old accounts.

I only see this account listed in the old file. Due to an email glitch, I can't access my email account to verify my new one--for whatever reason, my TSL or TLS is messed up on this pc, rendering gmail, all google things, and yahoo unresponsive. I can't access them with any browser, and sadly, the answers are only on google.com. (As a side note, this only happened after I took the computer apart entirely to fix it two weeks ago.)

I'm worried because of a tendency to do this, and there may be a file on my desktop containing other account logins for the site... that are not the accounts Type 40 or OwlFeatherPen.

Is there anything I can do to help get this corrected? I'd hate to decide to actually play one day and be blocked because of past mistakes.... I had that happen recently because of a bunch of users on my IP at college on another game, and lost YEARS worth of a breeding program I'd devoted over $400 real money too... 14 or more users were banned without a chance to protest our innocence.

Any help is appreciated. Hopefully my battery will last long enough to read them.
