that happens quite often when dogs get there adult picture, it will stop after a while, you could speed it up by emptying your computers cache

same here except hers kept going back to puppy image now its says error half the time other times its her puppy picture

I have a similar problem with one of my dogs. I received a new background, so I wanted to give it to my dog. When I clicked "remove all extras" at the dog's page, the image broke and there was an information saying something about error. I'm refreshing this page, refreshing the dog's image, and nothing happens. Just message about error and blank picture.
