The name's Sol-leks, or Sol for short. I used to play on Foopets, but can no longer abide by their rules, so here I am. I love both cats and dogs, among other animals. My passions in life all revolve around either animals or nature. Currently, I'm an almost graduate from Oregon State University (Zoology, pre-vet) with aspirations of getting into vet school for Fall of 2012. In my free time I hike/backpack with the dog and friends, kayak, camp, and do art (when I find the time). My most time-consuming past-time is racing and training Siberian Huskies for the sport of dog sledding. I race in sprint and mid-distance races in the NW USA. <br /> <br /> On Alacrity, I'm hoping to create a kennel as good as the one I currently work with (Tumnatki Siberians). I am currently very angry with FooPets and was looking for a place to get away from it, and I happened to find this website which I am enjoying so far. I am not a huge fan of cheese, I usually only like it if it's string cheese. I am very protective of my friends. I am new to this site. I would consider myself a decent typist. Hey, I'm Zamia. I think plants are awesome, and one of my favorite plants is Equisetum. Some of my favorite animals include snow leopards, mooses, dik-diks, and horseshoe crabs. I also have a lont of favorite colors, but I'll just say green, black, and silver are my favorites. My favorite kind of music is folk metal, but I like lots of other things too. If I could be a vegetable, I'd be an eggplant or rhubarb. Eggplant if we're including culinary vegetables that are technically fruits, and rhubarb if not. I'm a nerd.
