I just found that "lolwut" worthy. <br /> <br /> I liked how they depicted vampires in Daybreakers.<br /> <br /> Couldn't be seen in mirrors, burn in sunlight, go nuts without blood.<br /> <br /> I don't like the direction things are going with vampires and werewolves I hope they get back on track. (Like the "werewolves" in Twilight are actually Skin walkers....And in Red Riding Hood, it can control itself and is like a large wolf...not a werewolf.)

I would have to agree with Tiger 100%. Anne Rice has quite effective vampires. Ruthless, cunning, handsome.. no glitter. The way it's meant to be. <br /> <br /> It's also easy to notice that vampires have become stranger looking. Or the actors are just uglier. Maybe that's why glitter is necessary? Along with their emotional instability..? To distract from their pseudo-good looks? Really.. if a vampire must cry, why break away from the blood tinted tears? This is all the wonderfulness that made me love vamps in the first place. Now, we just give them bedhead, glitter, red lipstick, white face powder and emo-ize them. <br /> <br /> Fantastic.
i like the vampires in the series blackdagger brotherhood (note: thes series is for teens and up and girls =3)
I think vampires shouldnt have sparkles... they should have other special features though... :)
I prefer the type that blend in with society. It's kinda awkward to see some guy start sparkling when the clouds clear from the sun after a gust of wind... And it's not easy to go unnoticed when you look like Batman in the flesh.
