Into the Darkness: Onward Journey

Several years have passed since the war started. Now the end has come for the Sacrean home world, Rigngard. A new world beyond the distant stars was chosen. A new home called Aliquam. With the Onward Journey constructed and crewed, the journey begins to a place beyond light's reach. The few military and civilian survivors are all that is left of the Sacrean people.

Any type and amount of character is allowed. Keep it reasonable.
Keep posts no more than PG-13 and only three pages of posts while I'm offline.
The Onward Journey makes stops here and there. At these time can new characters allowed to come in unless a part of the original crew(included in "other".)

"Five years ago, we met a race that called themselves the Malum. Within the first week we learned that they were a genocidal faction. By the second week they had already decimated nearly a hundred worlds. We slowed them down by jumping on several random vectors before jumping towards our own territory. Their fleet was far too big for ours to handle. They had a thousand vessels for every one we had. At least that is what we saw. Three months ago it was decided that they would end up winning the war. At that time a new ship was ordered to be constructed. Two months after the beginning of the first's construction another was ordered. About a week ago the Onward Journey and Rushed Adventure were completed. Two days ago, the Malum arrived at our home, Rigngard, and both ships ran at full speed. The Rushed Adventure, which had a much lighter hull, didn't make it. Now we find ourselves here."
