~Grey Shadows~

Hello fellows RPers(: So I was looking through the forums and I noticed that most RPs are wolf or warrior cats. I feel that there is a loss of humanistic RPs lately. So I decided to make one! Please read and enjoy. I will put an overview at the bottom for everyone but please read the longer version before you join! I will also put some rules, the skelly for your character and my limitations with them. Most important, enjoy! And I may be posting later to update, such as new characters that have joined. The start date for this RP I will set as July 20th possibly sooner, but you may enter applications before then.

The Story

Grey Shadows was an immensely social place a few years ago. In today’s time though most people would refer to it more as a dark dingy town where people from all over the world come to stay. Towns’ people who have lived in Grey Shadows their entire lives are beginning to question their choice to stay. Strange things are beginning to accompany many of the towns’ new residents. Some may even refer to these residents as wanderers who have nowhere else to go. These towns’ people have no idea what they are getting into though.
Some inhabitants of this town are very familiar with one another though. They even may have met at an old school or two secretly hidden throughout the world at some point. They don't talk much about their past but most normal people wouldn't wait around for them to.
Have you ever heard of Others? There has been a whisper through the old broken town. No normal person likes to speak of them. They are said to be shape shifters, changing their appearance into a dark animal in the night. Others are said to suck blood from human victims or even turn into an evil wolf-like creatures at every full moon.
In a place like Grey Shadows though, ideas such as these are frowned upon and never to be spoken about. In a dark stone walled bar, halfway through the town from the old castle, the Others relax waiting for the next attack, the next play. Some may even been fighting their own battle. Even walking the streets of normal neighborhoods, but none of this is normal especially from the people that live there. These Others are looked down upon and though some have suspicions, nothing has been proven to this day. No one is really safe or can tell how they will leave this town for good.



Overview
You will become a supernatural character living in an old fashioned style neighborhood and you may have a bad or good past, whichever you prefer. Your character will be living his/her life though this town and all the troubles that comes along with it. The two types of people that live in Grey Shadows are normal people who refuse to believe that supernatural beings exist and “Others” who are the supernaturals.

- No cursing here please. There are certainly other methods to express this
- Please no over use of power. Yes supernaturals are stronger than normal humans but in a fight then you must make them as equally matched as possible.

-Limitations-
I will have a limited amount of people who can join so things can function easily. There will only be up to 7 female characters and 7 male characters. (These do not include my characters!) Also since this is an advanced roleplay I will be hoping for at least 3-5 sentences or more in each response. Of course I will not be counting each of your responses but please try to make the effort to make them detailed to avoid confusion. You may message me if you have any questions or concerns.
