April nodded and padded off to the den, set the pup on the ground and curled up around the pup. The pup curled up and soon fell asleep. :)

Midnight: Poor pup.<br /> Stormy: April take her to the den and keep her warm.

April was walking away from the stream when she heard something. A slight whimper, it sounded like that of a distressed pup. "Great now I'm hearing things." She thought. But something made her look around in an attempt to find the source of the cry. There between some ferns and a rock. She dashed over to the pup and looked it over. It was thin and seemed very young. She glanced around for any thing watching. Nothing. She picked up the pup by the scruff of the neck and rushed back to the pack. <br /> <br /> "I found her out in the forest all alone." She explained "No one was there so I brought her back. If possible I was like to take her in." She added looking at the puppy lovingly.

Midnight: Okay<br /> Stormy: _Nodds_

Frost and April got up and shook the dirt from their pelts. April walked over and said, "I think I saw a stream. I'll be back." She wondered into the forest and lapped up some cool clear water.

Midnight: _wags his tail_<br /> <br /> Stormy: _wags tail_

"Thank you" Frost said. April and Frost rolled on to their backs exposing their bellies, a sign that they both under stood that they were lesser ranked.

Midnight: Yes we would like you to join.<br /> <br /> Stormy: Sure thing

"We use to be in a strong pack but after our pup was still born we got banished." Frost continued "Would you mind if we joined you? I'm a strong fighter and April is very gentle, and might help out with pups." Frost added.
