rendering issues with dogs are fixed.
trace issue to the old school nature of original glitch dogs conflicting with image rotation/flips / etc
messages have been upgraded, you can now search!

from:[name or id] ; subject; [something]; body: [something in the body] ; status: [read,unread,replied]
will clean it up more later, but this should help everyone organize!
- magical rubber ball no longer requires your dog to be hunger to use
- new messages notifications fixed. if you have no messages, the alert will not appear
all crons are cut over to new system, excluding auctions , shop restocking , and voting resets.
m30 item abilities -- live
fixed a bug where hunger was overflowing the maximum (10), and potentially causing trouble.
hunger should work better,
the time frames for items are as follows
30 minutes -- daily dog life stuff, items
1 hour -- items
4 hour -- items
5 hour -- items
daily -- most daily resets etc,
weekly (friday) -- bank reset, vaccinations,lottery
bi weekly (1st and 15th ) -- mostly special items like baby griffin and santa sleigh
monthly --(breedings + 2)
h5 (every 5 hours) was coded into the items, but never properly used. some were missing etc, others coded as h4(every 4 hours). this should now be fixed
