New Manip Wanted

Since I'm not so talented myself, I'm currently looking for someone to make a new manip for my kennel c:
I'm willing to pay only for Ala cash at the moment, but otherwise the greatness of pricing doesn't really matter me at all, as long as it stays in a somewhat reasonable level.
