I'm what some people refer to as a "dish water blonde". My mom and brother were toe heads(super light blonde) when younger.<br />We all say,"Blonde is a state of mind not a hair color". I refer to people of all hair colors as having blonde moments.<br /><br />Personally, offense to me depends on who tells the joke and how. This includes jokes of all types.

Maybe they laugh because they don't know its a blonde joke?.<br />No, only joking. I think it can come across affensive but if blonds dont mind them being told then it's ok.
