The censors On Ala
So. Been noticing this for a while now. I heard from a few people that it was a joke? I don't know. Since I don't stalk the Chat, and I don't recall ever seeing anything about the censors in news, I haven't a clue when or why they appeared.
All I know is they're frustrating and, for lack of a better word, stupid.
roosterer Spaniel? I can't even say C.ocker Spaniel? Hello Alacrity, you've an item that has the word c.ock right in it, making adverting a peac.ock item quite annoying. Which is unfortunate for those who don't know about this silly censor when they go to advertise.
Now, the aadyn's boyfriend censor? That's what had me thinking maybe this was a joke. Why else would they censor H.arry Potter? Okay.
Haha.
Joke over, please. Anyone else flat out sick of this? Are there other words that were censored? I figured it'd pass when the joke is over, assuming its a joke. It... hasn't passed. What I would love to know is, is this some joke that's been dragged on or is Ala seriously going to start censoring words?
What do you all think of these censors? Funny or annoying?

You can now say "cocked" <br /> <br /> I left the filter IN for that word, but I've merely added it to look for the space before and after. So any word that has it IN there, should be able to work. <br /> <br /> It should be much easier to use it correctly without being vulgar now. :-)<br /> <br />

Yeah I know what you mean. Sorta feels like I'm playing Doggie Neopets at times with all these new censors on what we can say. =/ But, they're not terrible now that they've been tweaked so I can live with them.

One thing that was sort of awkward and frustrating was in Roleplaying when I try to say "it c.ocked its head"<br /> <br /> It would come out as "it roostered its head' O_o<br /> <br /> I've used tilted a bit too much now and would prefer some variety there. :)
