IM changes

Now some of you may hate IMing for one reason or another and I have a way of fixing that. My proposal is to first give it a sound, like almost every other IM service you can use. A ping of some sort perhaps. Next, there could be an area on a side bar that will take the place of the separate window so you don't have to keep clicking back to it. I think this would make it easier and more user friendly, because it is much quicker than messages or scribbles. (:
