Custom Dogs Maxed When Made?

I have the nerve to actually get up on the suggestion forms again and say why not just let custom dogs be fully maxed when they are created? Because, their only like 300 TP so it wouldn't kill anybody for them to be fully maxed. (:

Anybody else want to see this happen?

If this was implanted, we would have even more mass breedings when a new breed is released.
