DE-neutering/spaying item

well after reading the title you might say:
"Poonie we allready have that item, it's called the Magical Dog Biscuit"

but actually we DO NOT!
yes it's true that the biscuit de-neuters the dog BUT the side effect is too that the dog switches gender with the same item too! so that measn when you buy a female dog from the pound, and you want to make her breedable again and breed her, you haveto use TWO magical dog bisquits to AND make her breedable and turn it into a her again!

Thats why i suggest:
MAGICAL KIBBLE

which only de-neuter/spay the dogs so you don;t have to use two rare and expensive items! :D
