Be able to Give TS

You know how you can give bones or cash or dogs or items... How about Training sessions?

I know about the rollover but maybe there could be a separate thing (on the dashboard thingy the one that says your name and how many bones you have) that says "given TS" and says how much you have... And you would have 1 day from the time you got the TS to use it.
