Ability to Delete Advertisements/Shouts

Often times when I post an advertisement/shout, almost immediately someone responds to it and the situation is taken care of, but my ad still runs for 3 more hours. Perhaps we should be able to delete ads that are no longer accurate.

Of course, the ad limit will still remain.
