Transferring TS
I think it would be good if we could transfer TS between accounts. It saves people who are training dogs having to send dogs between accounts, and it would make things easier if people were trying to buy TS.

I support, it could help reduce lots of risks assumed when transferring dogs to other accounts to be trained
