Buying CAs Directly

There should be a page or store of some sort where you can buy your CA Copies without having to use the issue hub. Quite a few people buy copies as people pay for them, which causes a surplus of CA orders of only 1 or 2 copies. If we could buy the copies directly, then we could save the admins a lot of time and work. :)
