Make The Ad Box For ADS

This is something that has been bothering me for a while -- people using the ad box for things that aren't ads.
I [and many others]use the ads for when I have dogs to sell, yet my ads don't get seen as often because people fill the ad box up with "I love Alacrity!" and other random things that aren't ads.

My suggestion is to make the ad box JUST for ads.
