custom markings

Aren't you tired of the limited number of markings available? once you've played on here for a while, you've seen every marking combo possible for your breed of choice.

why not let the users make some markings? they could cost 5-15 bones per marking, and then its added to your personal markings library for use when you make a custom.

Of course, they would have to be approved by the staff, so we don't end up with unnatural markings. :3
