Showing Highest Speed/Drive Stats on Top Dawg Page

We all know who has the highest TP. I think it'd be a little fun to fight to have the highest speed/drive stat.

The way it can be set up is by breed, like the TP, and then an over all. And maybe as a bonus, a speed/drive average score on who's better with the two could be listed.

I thought this would be helpful and fun for some who are trying to get more minuscule stats up :3
