Gift Giver CA/Badge?

Okay so there's this user named Tobby (#915). Really sweet and affable individual.

I may still be a newbie but I know that they really want to give Ala something back and make people happy. I mean, even on their profile, they have something like this:

"So, on 5-23-11 I decided since I was horrible at breeding training, trailing, ect. that my calling on Ala was to make people happy!"

They've helped a lot of people get some really cool wishes so I was thinking that maybe we could make them some awesome like, gift giver badge or icon or something.

I know that there could be some controversy over that, like favoritism and getting rare items from WL and stuff, so if that wouldn't work, why not a CA representing Tobby and working similar to the Griffin although it would only apply to certain items on the wishlist and maybe refresh like every two-three weeks?

BTW, if you've been gifted by the amazing individual that Tobby is, at least say thanks. Watching Tobby flail in chat is priceless.

EDIT!: Okay it was brought up to my concern by a staff that the badge would not be an okay thing...and hope the CA would be a more acceptable idea?
