Beauty Show changes

1. People should not be able to post "Dogs for sale!" beauty shows. That's just another way to sell dogs and it's cluttering up the list.

2. If a beauty show doesn't have enough entrants after a certain amount of time (5 days? a week?) it should be cancelled and money returned to the entrants. There are some on there I have seen for a long time and it's difficult to scroll through them. This is not as important as number 1 though.
