Virtual dog buyers

As the retirement home seems to be somewhat disliked and requires no effort, what would you think of a dog wanted page of virtual families looking for certain types of dogs and paying more money for them than the retirement home gives? It would require a bit more effort to sell them to those families though as you need to fit the requirements, and sometimes there won't be anyone looking for the types of dogs you have for sale.

Dogs could get extra personality quirks like "doesn't like children, good with other pets."

An advert could read like "Active family with 2 kids looking for small, agile, confident dog with basic training done. No black or white dogs, must be healthy."

This would mean you need to use some sessions, put the dog's health to 100% and would need a TP over a certain amount (to qualify as agile).

As for coding, the site I got this idea from uses a rotating staff of players who write up those adverts according to a guideline and then pick the dogs offered. This way, the players get more involved and also have some influence over what breed is hype right now. Those players can't see who offers the pet, they just see the dogs, and they can't sell their own dogs in the week they are on duty (I think this might have been changed to just not seeing their own dogs).

To clarify, I would like this as an addition, not a replacement, to the retirement home.
