Chat Banner
I just had this idea to help stop all of the "I didn't know this wasn't sales chat."
nMake a banner to go on top of each chat. It will say clearly, Chat A or Chat B, or Sales.
nIt doesn't have to be fancy, but it can be something noticable so that there aren't any more issues :)

I like this idea.. Some small banner right above chat. Even the sidebar chat, right under "Logout". Support!

But what if the banner is on side chat as well? It doesn't have to be something large, just big enough that its noticable.

I don't support. Mostly because I have no desire to stare at a banner. But secondly most of the problems come from sidebar chat when people click on sales and then it changes over to chat a accidently.
