A Custom Perk
So, I've always wanted to make a custom dog, just for fun, but I can't seem to gt the bones. So I was thinking that we could make a Custom Dog Perk, that will allow you to make a custom dog from the Custom Tool. But instead of it being 8-15 bones, it would be discounted or like 2 free markings (as a total of 4 free markings). Then you would receive a CAM every 2 months. You can also change a markings from any of your dogs for free, but only every month you change change ONE of ONE dog's markings.
EDIT- Perhaps if it was 15 bones, like the other perks, and only gave you a 1 bone discount on customs. That would still mean that people would have to make 15 customs for them to break even. (Meaning they would also have to spend at least 105 bones.)
CAMs being priced for 15 bones in the custom shop, therefore I believe 1 should be awarded each year on on the date when the perk was purchased in order to keep the rarity limited.

That seems like a lot for a perk. But still, sales would go down if a huge chunk of members bought it.
