Survivor/Zombie suggestion

I was thinking how the last survivor gets a prize, so why not the last zombie!
maybe the last survivor invents a cure, and when they attack, the zombie is turned back into a survivor, and it's impossible for them to turn into a zombie again, because the cure makes them immune to the toxin.
it would be survival of the zombies! >:D
