BAD Periods. What would be the best option for me?
Okay so ever since I got my periods, they have been more painful than "normal" periods. I mean, today for example, I woke up in tears because the pain was so unbearable. I tried to walk out the house but I got as far as the corner and had to walk back home. It seems as though taking painkillers won't help at all, so my question is, what can I do to help me? If any of you have any ideas please share them. I don't know if I can take anymore of this pain. Thanks.
There are many birth controls that eliminate periods and will stop you from feeling that pain. Depo provera is one of them, among others.
