Her name is 'Laverna Robin', which translates into french: born in the spring time. Robin being a national bird that is very often seen in the spring, and also in remembrance of our previous site owner Robyn. <br /> <br /> Laverna's markings are very light, bright, and beautiful. Her grey coloring reminds us of the peacefulness that the spring air brings to our lungs. Her brindle markings associate with the rain that comes along with spring. The long stripes of metaphorical rain that allows spring to be nourished. Her tan spots remind us of the mud that was created when the rain mixed with the dry dirt that had been hidden in the snow from the previous winter. Her rose symbolizes the ever lasting beauty of nature that comes along with spring time. That includes the over grown grass, and the vast variety of flowers blooming, up and along the sidewalks... Her sweet green eyes remind us of how the trees leaves, flower stems, and grass is colored. Seeing Laverna is like walking down a field of numerous amounts of flowers.. She reminds us of how many seasons we had to go through to get to spring. Spring; in which new beginnings are becoming into themselves, and giving us our readiness of the scorching summer ahead of us.<br /> <br /> (I'm more of a natural breeder.) (x
