I really like Acefangz idea. We would be able to be somewhat festive with the decorations around Halloween. Making our pets able to celebrate it with us. Its a cool little and somewhat simple idea. :)

I think a great idea would be a pumpkin with a wolf carved into it. Example of a wolf carved into a pumpkin: http://farm1.static.flickr.com/130/330735354_d7d757e4a4.jpg?v=0 I think it would be best if this pumpkin were on the right side, so it doesn't get stuck funny under or above the food/water bowls and some of the animals. Also, I think this item would be best as a Halloween gift to everyone on the site that logs on the week of Halloween. Or (uncommon so that most people that play will be able to get it or buy it for an okay price) random event during October. :) Also it would be just a decoration and have no special effect on the dogs. I hope to see some kind of epic pumpkin for Halloween, I enjoy them!

I don't really have any ideas to contribute, just wanted to say that I like Calib's idea of the monthly shop items coming back. It doesn't have to even be once a year, but their coming back every once in a while in the Monthly Shop for upgrades and also maybe a few bones would be nice to keep prices from reaching an insane high.<br /><br />I also like the 'one of your dogs' and candy accessory ideas n_n

Carn - I'm actually drawing bandanas that look a bit different to Hel's for the site... I'm putting it off until I finish my contest entry, though. :P

I support for the chain collar!<br /><br />I think a wider selection of bandanas would be nice, or even bandana-specific dyes that would change the color/design on the bandana.<br /><br />I'd love to see sugar gliders as companions. &lt;3

I'd like to see monthly/event items come back every year.<br /><br />When items are retired completely, the prices rise to astronomical amounts. As the site grows you will see hoarders and item speculators nabbing up retired items to drive up the values, which messes with the market. These hoarders then sell the items at super high prices (because people will buy with no other way to get the item they want) and will become millionaires. Making it worse, the millions the hoarders make are millions that stayed in the system instead of flowing out naturally: it creates inflation as the money supply grows.<br /><br />How it would work:<br /><br />Items from July 2010 will be back in shops on July 2011. However, now the 2010 items will cost bones if they would have been "retired" or just money if not. The 2010 items may also have a limited stock that refills at random to keep the numbers down while preventing hording. New items will be there as usual, though! <br /><br />Just my ten cents to prevent the "15 million dollar accessory" and the problems I have seen it cause on other games.<br /><br />Oh! And ideas for items: <br />*glowing eyes (accessory for face)<br />*One of your other dogs (Accessory. The other dog's image will be scaled down and put to the side so it looks like the dogs are standing together)<br />*candy corn chew toys (accessory held in mouth or between front paws)<br />*Candy corn dog treats (1 energy, 2 hunger, 3 mood. 1 use.)<br />* "Lolipup" lollypop-shaped rope toy (-3 energy, +3 mood. 10 uses.)

I'd like to see some Asian-inspired backgrounds, with companions like Pandas, red-crowned cranes, red pandas, etc.<br /><br />I like the idea of an African Savannah background, too. :)

Small wild cats, such as African Sand cats, Ocilots, Geoffrey's cat, Bobcat, Lynx(grouping all sub-species here), Golden Cat...etc<br /><br />How about an item or companion that speeds up ageing?

Chain collar - monthly shop item that makes your dog more obedient over time - it makes the dog more focused and stuffs c:<br /><br />Basically, very similar to the magical rubber ball, except that the effect takes longer to kick in and say, once every 10-20 training sessions one of the stats will boost randomly by 1 or 2.<br /><br /><br />
