Alacrity 101 is not currently active & hasn't been for some time.
We apologise for the confusion this has caused, and that it was still being referred to in the welcome scribbles! We do hope that it will be up and running again in the future, and there will be an update when the programme becomes available again.
However, many of the questions that have been posted on this thread have nothing to do with the Ala 101 programme, but instead are referring to basic gameplay on Alacrity.
Please, if you have any questions or concerns about playing Alacrity, or are running into any difficulties -- whether it's not knowing how to do something, or just feeling like things aren't available when they should be -- please use the Issue Hub to contact a Helper!
Helpers are a special team of staff members whose job it is to assist players on Alacrity, and they will be happy to answer any questions you may have, and help make sure you have an enjoyable experience here. :)

Hi All!
We've recently run Alacrity 101 our new player game for about a month and a half, but we'd like some user feedback for the next week/week and a half before we start up again in November.
What we'd like to know is how we can improve Alacrity 101.
For Everyone:
How can we get more new players to "play" it?
If you're a New Player since September 15th:
Did you play Alacrity 101? If you did, what did you think about it? Have any suggestions for it? If you didn't, why didn't you? What would have made you play it?
For Our Older Players:
How can we get your help in promoting Alacrity 101?
Give us your input, and staff will constantly check this page for people to attack!

I love it, but its difficult for me on my Nook HD. Pictures and things don't work easily, and I don't have a computer, so I can't get on normally. If you could, if you CAN, Please make it more accessible to mobiles.

I've entered the latest newbie raffle, and surprisingly my name got pulled out x)<br /> <br /> I honestly don't know how else Alacrity 101 can be improved. The prize variety is excellent! And the A+ prize should be able to bring more people to join. Maybe you could add more to the A+ prize so people won't be too nervous for making a mistake? <br /> <br /> Overall, Alacrity 101 is a great starting point for any newbie. While searching for answers all over this site, I learned quite a lot of things that could get me started. And being rewarded is the next best thing. I've just go spammed with kibbles to feed my dogs. Now I can focus on earning money without having to go to Gnashers all the time =)
