Hey there, guys! Today we have something fun and creative for you guys to do. :)
The staff at Pro Sim Union have come up with an awesome idea where people from different sims will decorate a 500x500 square, expressing why they love the sims they play. You can write about Alacrity.
At the end we will send the square back to Pro Sim Union, and they are going to make a virtual quilt, putting together the squares from all the sim games they've collected from. This is an awesome chance to get word of Alacrity, and other sim games you love, out there!
Because Alacrity is so large, however, we can only let a number of people write on the square. To be fair we will be letting the first mod, the first artist, the first newbie helper, and the first 8 regular members who comment on this news post have access to the square. We want the opinions to be as well rounded as possible, so this is why we want someone from each category on Alacrity to be able to write their feelings.
If there is extra room at the end, we'll be letting more people write on it as well, we just want a chance for the writings to be legible and not cramped.
If you are one of the people selected you will receive a message on how to go forward. And, of course, the whole square will be posted in the news once completed!
As many of you know, Robyn was in a bad car accident recently. A gravel truck drove over the hood of her car, making it undriveable and unfixable, and just missing Rob by inches. Now, Robyn has no car, and, although she is physically okay, is dealing with the emotional backlash of being nearly killed, making everything harder for her.
Since Robyn herself is refusing to take the money she needs out of site funds, Kittybot has talked her into letting them run a donation drive just for Rob.

I'm either going for a downpayment for financing for a newer used car, or a better car off Craigslist or something, no set amount. I know one dealership told me they'd finance if I got a $4000 downpayment, I had $2000 in savings. :(
