I wasn't sure where to post this. x-x

I am unable to get into my side account.

I forgot the password, so redid my email address since it used my old email, then sent for a password reset.

I'm not getting any emails from Alacrity. So how am I supposed to get into my account?

Any help would be great.

Notes:
-I changed my password about a year ago and forgot to write down the new password.
