Help! Breeding question.

I have been on this game since last year, but I haven't been on hardly at all. I've also never bred any of my dogs before.
I would like to know how much longer would it take for my female to go in heat? She's 31.63 months now. I assume her next heat would be when she's around 36 months?
How long of a wait is that in game time?
