Legend Phantasmagoria (Always open)
Thaetaela is a massive continent home to four great kingdoms: the kingdom of the mountains, Shletzia; the kingdom of the dry plains, Aelututari; the kingdom of the ice lands, Neumassae; and the kingdom of the great river, Forbarti. In the center lay the ruined lands formerly under a fifth, fallen kingdom, Alurdae. Beyond these great nations' lands lay an immensely unexplored wilderness. Forests, deserts, mountain ranges, and savannas sit at these borders. Beyond those have yet to be seen.
The kingdoms are primarily to aid in giving a location and possible background reference for characters. Characters can be of any race within reason. There will be no set limit, but use a comfortable number.
Characters will need to be described enough to tell a name, what they are, about how old they may be, how they look, and anything they may so happen to carry. If certain details are meant to be revealed later such as a background story that shapes them, then it is fine to do so.
As Anae and Aristissa walked, more than just the spire began to peak over the horizon. The spire was atop a much bigger structure. The castle-like building seemed to waver from side to side on the horizon. Half an hour later, as they got closer, Anae and Aristissa saw that the structure wasn't actually touching the ground.

Brysoni couldn't see any sign of inhabitants anywhere, but that was probably because of the lack of water, shelter and food. The trees that dotted around him an hour, or 2 maybe, ago had disappeared and left nothing but plain land. <br /> <br /> Eventually he started to spot parts of a village or town, it was like black dots that lie at the bottom of a small hill. He quickened his slowly decreasing pace so that he would get there sooner.<br /> <br /> A tower, more like spire, pointed up higher then everything else, like it was the centre of the town. He couldn't see exactly how tall it was but he didn't need to get too close to see that it was the tallest building.

The two stepped out of the forest onto the plains. They kept an eye out for any water and shade along the way. After about an hour of walking, they could see the hint of some structure poking above the horizon. <br /> <br /> "Look," Aristissa pointed, "isn't that the tallest spire?"<br /> <br /> "Looks like it, Arie. But that's still very far away."

Brysoni brought his sleeve up to wipe his forehead with it. He put his hand back down by his side, shaking it a little and then pulling up to rest on the strap of his bag, unable to keep his hand still he started to play with the loose straps.<br /> <br /> He quickened his pace, still having no idea which was where he had to rely on the placement of the sun to tell him which way was north and then use his local knowledge to figure out where the closest village is, though he didn't have much knowledge when it came to this kingdom.

Anae grabbed the handle of her hammer and lifted herself from the ground. She then effortlessly swung it across her back. <br /> <br /> Aristissa was shortly behind Anae. She used her foot to toss her glaive into the air. She caught it and swiftly twisted it across her back. She then picked up their bag of supplies.

His hair started to stick to his head, becoming a dark, flat mess. He pulled his strap back over his shoulder before running a hand through his hair, his face tightening at the touch of its dampness. <br /> <br /> "Maybe I shouldn't of put so many clothes on" Brysoni mumbled to himself.

"Perhaps we should start heading out. The longer we wait, the less water we will have," Anae said. <br /> <br /> "I remember father talking about Aelututari. He was constantly concerned about where they got their water from," Aristissa rambled.

Brysoni was getting tired of just seeing the same thing numerous times. He swung his bag off of one shoulder, keeping one strap around the other, and opening it up to reveal a half empty bag with a bottle and some food. Taking the water bottle out, he swilled it in his mouth before placing it back.<br /> <br /> "This place is plain, probably why the call it the dry plains" Brysoni started muttering to himself, squinting up at the sun.<br /> <br />

"Any idea how it looks?" Aristissa asked with her mouth full of bread. "The city I mean."<br /> <br /> "No. Not even a single clue," Anae replied.

Brysoni didn't really know which way to go, he needed to get to the nearest city but he hadn't brought a map or a compass with him. He thought he was lost so he started straying in a random direction.
