Shop Till Record?

Shop Till Records

Ok. Straight out. Cut the chase, I don't know about you guys, but I'd love to see who'd purchased from my shop! xD
I love business and sometimes I just can't help but put my knowledge to the test C8 if we can have this shop till record of purchases I can easily see which type of items are more favorable than the others. If that's possible then I can calculate for the future and change prices (if necessary) for profit growth in the next month. The shop till record can be cleared at the end of each month!

but the mainly, I'd just love to see who owns my CAs~ I'd like to see where all my CA copies go to so I can go check them out from time to time. It's hard if not impossible to pin down users who've bought my CA since there's a chance they won't be using it and there's just so many users on Alacrity! xD because you know, the CAs were drawn by artists, and I'm sure the artists would love to see their artwork on other people's dogs!

Of course, if the customer is uncomfortable with showing their name... perhaps there's an option to remain anonymous in the shop till record?

Still a table record of purchases would be nice C'8

*the shop till record can only be seen by the seller, so other people can't access your shop till record and won't be able to see who and what bought from your shop.*

Speaking as a mod who sees people buying underpriced items all the time and the buyers not contacting the sellers about it, this would be like 10x easier to deal with.
Support for the jillionth time.
I support, it's a hassle to always go back and scroll through pages user records to see who bought what from your shop.
I'm supporting because I love to know who buys my CA's. I always like to see my CA's on other peoples dogs. And I also want to know who to thank.
Support. :D
IT's a good Merchant perk feature...and I'd also like to know who has my CAs. xD

*Grinds my face all over this thread*
yes i still support
Ah, I see. :3 I just wonder if an anonymous option might be added for dogs too because it's happened there before too; for example, a user sold a valuable dog for less than 10K as a new player, and they were later told that dog was worth something like 1.2 million.

My point was mostly that the same thing can and has been done with dogs that could be done with items, so anonymity doesn't really make sense to me, but I think the opt-out of having the name appear in shop records is a great idea (:
There are often times when users sell an item for a lesser price (at the price they wanted for the item as opposed to a mistake), and is later told they can get more, they may be liable to confront the buyer to get their money back or charge more.

While yes this can be filed under harassment, users blocked, and moderators involved. I feel is a great deal of hassle and it is not necessary for shop owners to know who purchased or owns their items once it has left their possession for no greater reason than personal curiosity.

It is the buyer's own business as opposed to the seller's. Once the item leaves their possession a person can do whatever they choose, and I feel the less they can be judged for it, the better.

I value people's privacy and I would at least enjoy giving them the option of being anonymous as opposed to no option at all. If a user is fine with being known, that is also entirely up to them. To say they should have no choice in the matter because it does not bother you in particular would not be reasonable in my opinion--much less respectful to others.
I don't really see why there should be a privacy issue; if you're buying something, one can assume that you will be using it on your dog or giving it to someone, so the whole of ala would be able to see it anyway, and there's not like there's anything on ala that one should be embarrassed to purchase; you can see who buys your dogs, so why not items?
As long as it included Jack's addition of an anonymity feature, super duper support.
It would also make it easier to keep track of what you've sold (in general), without having to dig through your user logs.
