Maybe after like 2 weeks of being IP frozen? That'd be plenty of time to confront someone about an accidental freezing or to fix it etc.

I have seen suggestions like this. Some people gotten banned or frozen have been working hard in getting mwb's and such and capped dogs. Imagine freezing your account and coming back to see your precious capped dogs sold and used,
