(What I believe is the reason anyways) The reason why we can't block mods is because mods need to be able to contact a user in any situation, it is vital to keeping users following the rules. There's really nothing horrible about mods blocking us, either.. because if we have a problem with someone/something/rule-breaking, we should create an issue in the hub to begin with, not contact a mod personally. There's really no reason users should be PM'ing mods unless they're buds (in which case, the user wouldn't even be blocked because why would you block a friend?), because like I said, problems/rule-breaking/harassment/etc all goes into the Issue Hub, where they can and will answer it.<br /> <br /> However, I've never heard of users getting into trouble when reporting mods (to the admins). It's also incorrect to assume that what you see on the surface is how the mods and admins/staff in general work in the background. Punishments are not told to users.
