Inactive users.........
hidden in search.
I would love to see dogs both for sale and for stud, not show up in the search results of their player has not been active for, say, 6 months or more. If they came back on, it would reset and they would be back in search.
Nothing like finding the perfect dog for sale (at an exhorbitant price), or worse, a perfect dog for stud, only to find that the player has not been on for a year.

I support the stud/lease but I don't support the sales :3

The stud is different because you need them to accept the request. For the sale they dont have anything to do with it.

There is nothing stopping you from getting enough money to buy that dog. Plus, users can price dogs at however much they want.
Support. Having users who've been inactive for a year or two removed from search would make it a lot easier to find viable studs for your dogs. I am less certain that it's necessary for dog sales though, because it requires no action on the part of the inactive member.

Hmm. I feel this idea would have more merit for stud/lease requests over sales, since there is nothing theoretically stopping active users from pricing things however little or much they like much less inactive ones.

Possibly, but I have seen some dogs for sale at those prices that have not been active since the summer of 2011.

It just seems pointless to have them come up in search, that's all.

If nothing else, definitely remove studs from search whose users are not active anymore.

They are probably looking for USD offers on those dogs (which would explain why they are inactive. Users tend to resort to USD sales when quitting)

Because, Clay, sometimes users place their dogs for sale for $1000000000000000 dollars and $10000000000000000000 bones.

..Whhyyy not for sale? You could buy them even if they have been gone for a million years
I would love to see something similar, maybe when searching studs have an option to search online users or users active within 24 hours? I hate requesting studs and having people accept just a bit too late >.<
