I would really want to show all dog's TPs. Way faster to trial as i wouldn't have to opene very single dog's page.
However, I am in favor of a TP slot, though I'm not sure it is feasible to have it stay accurate throughout a dogs' trialing career so it could end up "lying" unless a script was added to check and update it every so often. So, it may be more trouble than it's worth. :-s

You mean like the same script that runs at 4am ala time for the top dog list? I think it would be fine to just have it updated once per day as TP doesn't spike a ton unless you are using items [and even then it'd show up the next day]
agreed. I didn't think about how trials on LL run. They are based on how perfect/close-to-perfect a coat your rabbit has, it wouldn't be feasible on a site like Ala that runs on how high of TP you have
I don't think I would like trials to be 100% anonymous. I think in the long run that would discourage people from even attempting to trial lower TP dogs.

However, I am in favor of a TP slot, though I'm not sure it is feasible to have it stay accurate throughout a dogs' trialing career so it could end up "lying" unless a script was added to check and update it every so often. Hmmmmm... Jack makes a good point. Over on another sim site I play; LuckyLapine, the trials are 100% anonymous.. there's no fighting between users, and there's a bit of a "oh well" look at winning or losing. You win some, you lose some.
I think this may create further participation problems for dogs of higher TP, which seems to be occurring already due to the distribution of reimbursed entry fees from trials that haven't run in over a week from users avoiding capped/high TP dogs.

There needs to be several other problems sorted in the trial system before this could realistically be reviewed.

(Though as a personal opinion I would prefer to see entry details completely anonymous instead to even competition in likeness of real trials.)
I don't really support...

1) I don't see why it is needed; plus, it still wouldn't help as some above capped dogs still show as capped, and some dogs with, for example, 130% trained will still show with their original TP although it's scored as the higher current TP. Plus, I'd assume loading all that code would make the page slower anyway.

2) If Alacrity's goal is for real-life simulation, then that wouldn't be a beneficial feature. In real life agility trials, (correct me if I'm wrong), you don't know how good your competitor is or how their dog is going to run compared to yours unless you check ahead of time, not seeing their record or whatever when you get to the trial.
I support!
Support this would be a great time saver for me and I wouldn't have to put a dog's TP in it's name.
