Some changes as to buying dogs

When you buy a dog, I think some of the "records" should be "erased".

As in:
- Stud/lease fee changes to 0 (especially when buying a dog from the pound!)
- Automatically goes into your unkenneled dogs group

I have a big kennel and I sometimes buy in bulk and it gets really frustrating having to go to the hub to take my neutered dogs to get the stud hearts removed and having to dig through my list of dogs to find a dog sorted in a group which I bought it from.
