Breeding Perk Disappointment
So, back when perks were first released, I (as well as some other people who I spoke to) was under the impression that breeder perks would show adult images in the pup predictor and would also allow us to see adult images when puppies were born. I think Rob herself even mentioned this back when she was in chat more often. However, this never happened, and with the new Bandana of Maturity coming out, it seems like there is no intention of this ever happening.
The TP boost is nothing compared to what Chances can do, and the 4 litter thing comes from bunnies which sell for insanely cheap because of Easter. So basically I think there's no real benefit to having a breeder's perk right now.
I think we should either actually be able to see adult images in the pup predictor like the breeder perk was originally going to include, or else maybe there should even be an option for people to trade in their breeder perk for the bones back (or at least some of the bones) since it doesn't do what we were promised it would do.
I hate to complain about this, but being able to see adult images was THE ONLY reason I wanted the breeder perk in the first place. So I feel like I'm not really getting what I paid for. Sorry :/
So who else thinks that we should totally be able to see adult images with the breeder perk?

It makes no sense to have the preview show pups - then you could do away with it entirely, or only allow those with the breeder perk to see it. The main idea of the preview is to be able to pick pairings that do well, and it is not fair to everyone else if it is suddenly not possible anymore. <br /> <br /> Maybe the breeder perk could have something else added, like random chances for a 5th pup. I agree that you should be able to see the pups as adults with some sort of button or so.

As you won't be able to equip a BOM on a predict it can still be added as a perk - and I think it should - personally I'd rather just see the adult dog in the predict and the pups when they arrive. As it stands I don't find the breeder perk to be a waste at all - but I guess it all depends on what you are looking for.

I do agree that combining it with the Chance is a nice boost, but personally it's not something I'd want to spend all these bones on! :P But you can equip a Chance on the daddy and a bunny on the momma and get more of a boost than you'd get from the breeder perk.
Well I double up on chances + perk for a huge jump in the TP of pups. Also you can only use the bunnies OR chance for breeding, not both. So I don't see it as a waste at all.<br /> <br /> But I do agree that the perk should NOT have the pup images in the predictor at all. I want adult images in the predictor, and some easier way to view the pups born as adults than plugging all the info into the custom tool.

I agree completely. Adult images of pups were the main reason I bought my perk. I think adding this feature for breeders perks would still be helpful, since you wouldn't have to equip the bandana repeatedly, and perhaps it could work for seeing other peoples dogs as well. And being able to see adult in the pup previewer would be great as well.<br /> <br /> As it stands now, I feel like it was a waste of 10 bones.
