Rainbow collar making dye permanent
...as long as it is equipped, of course.
Once you take the collar off for whatever reason, you'd have to re-dye of course. Or not :o)

Then maybe take the skeleton dye out of the shops if it isn't Halloween. <br /> <br /> Anyway, I'd love the collar for 1 or 2 of my dogs, so asides from the skeleton issue, I think it would be great to have.

How so? It's a costume, not a dye. And the collar would be a rare item, probably an upgrade item.
