Maintenance Mode - Nov 20th-22nd

Starting at the next midnight rollover, AlacritySim will be brought into Maintenance Mode for up to 48 hours.

This maintenance is so that we can fix the Papillon's spelling errors which run deep within the site and the site's code, and much of which requires manual replacement.

If, within 48 hours, the site is not able to be updated, we will restore it back to the current version and see what went wrong so we can plan for a future attempt. We have high hopes, though, that we'll be able to fix this once and for all!

Thank you very much for your patience - if all goes well, by 12am on November 22nd, we'll have Papillons instead of poppy lions or whatever we apparently tried to name them! :P

Halloween... I guess?

So apparently the Halloween event automatically started, despite us not telling it to. We have stocked the Halloween Shop with some of our favorite past Halloween items!
Every half hour, you will get to spend five turns digging up tasty treats and special pumpkins that can be traded in at the Halloween Shop!


At this time, we are not doing the attack game, and all stats are from last year's event.

First off, I just want to apologize for the lack of a halloween event this year! As the site manager, I've had a lot going on in RL, one thing of which is moving from Missouri to California. There's been a ton of stuff involved in getting prepared for the move, and I'll be hopping on a bus tomorrow for a very long ride. In light of this, with all the stress and activity involved, I haven't had the time to organize the event. :(


However, you WILL all be getting a free Halloween gift, as an apology from myself and the art team, which you should see pop up sometime today! There will also be some special Halloween items available in the Monthly Shop, and possibly through random events, so keep your eyes peeled for them! :D

We all hope you'll have an excellent Halloween full of spooky fun!

I don't know about others, but I never got the option to get a Halloween gift. I'm not sure if it was a notification, or just automatically dispensed into people's inventories? Either way, I didn't see or get anything about it. :(

Yeah no Halloween here either, way too busy remodelling rooms. First time in weeks I even have a notebook - my computer died lol

But glad I checked in. How dowe get the Halloween item?
