As for the coders, I am <i>extremely</i> thankful! I know (American) Thanksgiving just passed and that Christmas is coming up soon, so there's a lot of busy and stressful days coming up. I couldn't appreciate it more! :)

It looks like there's a few bugs that suddenly popped up today.
Firstly, dog images are not working if you try to refresh them. The site can't seem to find the files at all.
Secondly, the chatrooms are not working properly.
We are very aware of these bugs, but unfortunately have to wait for the coders to return from holiday to fix these, so please hang in there with us!
So far this seems to be only a display problem, and all items are still safe, as well as all dogs' stats, so it's not so much an emergency, but a visual setback.
waiting is fine but I can't even take care of my dogs. I can't feed them train them or anything..I started at 9:30 or thereabouts my time..it is now 10:50 and I have barely made it through checking kennels..sure won't be able to train any dogs tonight. it would seem there are no coders available..I am wondering why..besides the holiday..which was Thursday..so when can we see any improvement..how long will that take..so frustrated...
Thanksgiving doesn't last for weeks, so I'm not sure where that figure came from? But it's impossible to know how long it will take to fix things, before they've even gotten back to have a look, obviously.
We're just going to have to wait, and we will keep everyone posted

Hey, guys, it's Kit.You might've noticed all your paps' images are disappearing. That's because of literally one misplaced letter in a file directory. Good news is we know exactly what we did. Keep an eye out for updates!
Yesterday, I did everything, clicked, hard refreshed, cleared my cache. Today she just showed up without having to do anything. You have the magic touch. :)
