Christmas Event

We were NOT supposed to have gift giving this year. The site automatically engaged the event. We did not turn that on. As such, the site also did NOT let anyone open their gifts. No one. And we are not going to.
It wasn't meant to be active at all.
We do not yet know if we will keep the presents that are stored away for next year. We will talk about this when that time comes, but for now, it's best to assume that those items will not be available.

I would say that the site's state is far worse than just being in a downward spiral. It's more like the site is on life support at this point. I wish luck in the future attempts to improve things.

There's no guarantee that we'll get our old users back, or if we'll get a large influx of users, but we're hoping that the changes will bring them in.
