Our coder has given her attention to this problem, and Magical Water Bowls should now automatically credit to those of you purchasing bones for the listed price to gain this item!

Well, I don't know how we managed to break this feature, but right now it appears that bone buys are either not crediting the user with a Magical Water Bowl or not spawning the log entry associated with crediting the user with a Magical Water Bowl. Either way it has led to a lot of confusion and we're not at all happy with it.

This is a top priority for the admins and we ARE aware of it. If you have donated the requisite amount and did not receive your item, please submit a request to have it credited manually to the Admin hub.

We are very sorry about this bug and consider it totally unacceptable. Please bear with us, we should be able to figure this out shortly.

This is just a quick announcement to let everyone know that the price of the Autumn Labrador Bundle, and the monthly shop backgrounds have been reduced, in response to several complaints about their price.

Now, please do expect there to be a little bit of price variation in future items that are added, as we don't intend to make everything in each section one set price no matter what. But for what's there, we've adjusted prices a bit and will keep this change in mind for future additions. Please, though, do not consider this a trend! This was a special case scenario, and we won't be reducing the prices of everything any time someone doesn't like the price. ;)
