Ghoul Evening, Witches and Warlocks!

Hehehe, I just love Halloween! Don't you? We have just a couple quick updates tonight :>

First, you may have noticed that the prices for the Ghost Costum and the Hellhound Mask have been increased in the monthly shop. Some members were kind enough to point out to us the cost of these items in last year's shop, so we increased the cost of each item to 15 Bones or the cash equivalent to be fair to everbody. These are amazing items that are well worth the cost!

Secondly, we thank you all for your hard work on your entries into the spooky pups writing and art contests! There were so many fanastic entries! It may take us a little bit to get through them all, but we're working hard on picking the winners. Winning entries will be announced and prizes awarded soon!

Lastly, just to get you all geared up for the awesome event that is just around the corner, here are some lists of items that you will be able to snag by playing!

It would be nice if there was a package for the other halloween items as well as just the zombie pack - for those of us not interested in making our dogs look like roadkill.

Yes, the permanent skellie dye will be like a skellie suit! It will be an accessory

Will the perm. dye be able to be taken it off and put on another dog, like you do with normal items?

New Halloween Items in the Monthly Shop!

Hello my darling Lampries and Ghouls! While some final preparations are being made for our fantastic Halloween event, we've released some spooky goodies in the Monthly Shop for you to enjoy!

Among these are...

Zombie Bundle - (All by our amazing Geist, with the exception of Zombie Skull and Zombie Ribs, done by Xylax)
Ghost Costume - (Carni)
Hellhound Mask - (Carni)
Mummy Wraps - (Carni)
Savage Werewolf - (Carni) - companion which doubles the effect of food fed to your dog!
Vampire Bite, Fangs, and Eyes - (Carni)

You may also obtain the Zombie Bundle by donating $35 or more! It contains the full collection of zombie items so that you can turn one of your dogs into a moaning, groaning undead canine!

And there's so much more yet to come! Another news post will be made as soon as we are in full swing, but for now enjoy these items, and be sure to have a SCREAMING good time! ;D

Agreeing with Carni and Larth. I think it's awesome that we can buy items out of the shops instead of hoping we get them T-O-T'ing

Is it really so bad that due to certain circumstances, we decided to give you guys a TREAT by allowing you to have the items in the shop, guaranteed, before the event even happens (and therefore, it's exclusive and shiny and awesome, cause not everyone can get it yet!)? :( We did this because it was nice, and figured you guys would like to be able to get some of the items beforehand, instead of having to wait longer than we expected. This was supposed to be to make up for the wait. But then I guess we can't please everyone, so as long as the majority are happy, oh well.

Still. Excuse me for being annoyed, but doesn't Ala usually do the EVENT first and then release the items into the monthly shop so those that didn't get what they want from the event still can? Albeit at a high price but still. Rather than dumping them in the monthly shop and making it sound like that's the only way to to get them and there will be other items released later. That's how you made it sound. I know had it been mention in the actual post about the trick or treating I, and probably others, would have waited before buying the items. But I can see it doesn't matter so whatever. I'll just toss some capped dogs out and make my money back, and give other users a way to combat these prices. No skin off my bones.
